I grew up on the border of Highland and Alpine, back when we called Timp Highway “SR-92” and it was a 2 lane road to the freeway. So when someone asks if I really know Utah County, I do. The kind of knowing that comes from watching it grow up around me, not from skimming MLS data on a Tuesday.

But I didn't take a straight line into real estate. Before this, I was a photographer, ran an online boutique, and spent a few years in tech. Looking back, that path makes a strange kind of sense: photography taught me how to read a space the way a buyer will feel it. The boutique taught me how to build a brand people actually trust. Tech taught me how to run a business like a system instead of a hustle.

Most of my clients come from Instagram, my personal network, and open houses, which means by the time we sit down, you usually already have a feel for who I am. That's the way I like it.

I work the whole county. From Lehi, Alpine, and Highland in the north, through Pleasant Grove and Provo, down to Spanish Fork, Mapleton, Salem, and Santaquin. Each one's got its own personality, and after a lifetime here I've got opinions on most of them.
